Please read these Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://groupeplatinium.com website (the “Site”) and the Platinium EPG for XMLTV and M3U WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”) operated by the Platinium Group (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Your access to and use of our services is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users and other persons who access or use the service.

1. Plugin license

The Platinium EPG for XMLTV and M3U plugin is available in two versions:

• Free version: The free version of the Plugin, available on the WordPress.org directory, is distributed under the GPLv2 (or later) license. You are free to use, modify and redistribute it under the terms of this license.
• Pro version: By purchasing the Pro version, you obtain a license key that gives you access to advanced features, updates and technical support for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The license is valid for the number of sites specified at the time of purchase.

An active license key is required to receive automatic updates and technical support for the Pro version of the Plugin.

2. Use of the license

License keys are intended for use on your own sites or on your customers’ sites. License keys may not be shared, resold or distributed. We reserve the right to revoke any license key used in violation of these Terms.

3. Updates

Updates are included free of charge for holders of an active Pro license key. Updates are essential to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress, fix bugs and introduce new features.

4. Technical support

Technical support is available only to holders of an active Pro license key. Support is limited to questions relating to Plugin functionality, bugs and configuration issues. We do not provide support for advanced customizations or conflicts with third-party plugins.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases of the Pro version. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within this period to request a full refund.

6. Limitation of liability

The Plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Groupe Platinium be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost data or lost profits, arising out of the use of or inability to use our Plugin.

7. Modification of the Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms come into effect.
